A dream
Come and discover our dream: to create a vineyard that doesn’t yet exist, in a land where wine has been made for more than a thousand years, and to invite guests who yearn to escape their daily routine to our agritourism to discover this project, which is coming to life in an extraordinary place where it’s still possible to feel free.
The agritourism
Our agritourism consists of three apartments furnished with meticulous attention to detail in keeping with our style, where you can immerse yourself in silence and tranquillity. Each apartment has double bedrooms, a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. Our guests will have access to our pool and forest, and can enjoy the products that we grow and that nature offers us, according to the seasonality of their visit.

WHY BROTES
In Spanish, “brotes” means shoots. We chose this word to define both our accommodation and the project as a whole, because we feel that the shoot represents the essence of what we want to achieve. Witnessing the emergence of a shoot is, in this project, something both literal (we really are planting a vineyard that has to put out shoots) and figurative (we have a project in mind that we want to grow and nurture over the years). That’s why we’re inviting our guests to witness the miracle of creation made possible by two passionate people who are curious to see a dream come true.
Our philosophy
of hospitality
We are Mariana Salas and Juan Pelizzatti, wine producers from Argentina with over twenty years of experience, who set out to find a new home in the Montagnola Senese in search of a new terroir. We chose an unspoilt area to undertake this new challenge because, although it is located in a region of great wines, we feel it is yet to be explored and has enormous potential. At our agriturismo, we’re ready to share with our guests the experience of witnessing a vineyard being born and growing, which in a few years will give us a wine that doesn’t yet exist. Those who stay with us can find the regenerating feeling of being in touch with nature and appreciate the products of the land that we grow, produce and collect to satisfy our tastes and that we have the pleasure of sharing with our guests.
